Refunds: digital products and unused calls are refundable within 14 days. Email me; I'll process it.

Cancellation: bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time. After that, the slot is yours — I held it for you.

Confidentiality: anything we discuss on a call stays between us unless you publish it first. I keep notes for my own use; I don't share client details publicly without explicit permission.

Fit: I'll tell you on the call if I don't think I'm the right person. That's the whole point of the discovery call.
